Personal Training/Biomechanics (Now Available) - Training for everyday living. Use your body to heal the body with improved mechanics and form while living life or training for something bigger. Get the most out of every activity while knowing you will do so safely and with confidence preventing common injuries from improper movement.
The Kitchen Sink - Personalized session to include evaluation, education, and utilization of various massage/bodywork practices to maximize overall wellness.
Key Notes: Session will be broken down in multiple parts and conclude with massage. Session is aprox. 2.5hrs
Care for Pairs - Get to know the body with a friend/loved one through a personalized enrichment & demonstration session. As a "pair" learn how to effectively help, while protecting yourself and your friend/loved one from accidental injury.
Key Notes: Fully clothed, active participation,18+yrs only. Session designed for 1-3pairs of participants and will last approximately 1.5-2hrs depending on size.
Chair Massage / Dry Table - Special Event services available. Event pricing varies due to size, location, and amount of therapists needed. Call for a consultation and elevate any occasion for you and your guests.
