Cancelation Policy We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, please honor the following:

 

24 hour advance notice when canceling an appointment. Last minute cancelations or repeat late cancelations will result in making the following arrangements: prepay at booking, 50% loss of value on prepaid services, and/or non available booking for future appointments.

Lateness is sometimes a result of life's little upsets or poor planning.  Please respect your time and others by being prepared up to 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.  Excessive lateness may result in shortened or canceled appointments. Any arrivals 15min after the scheduled appointment will result in a "NO SHOW" and will result in 100% loss of your scheduled time AND will be responsible for full payment. All outstanding balances must be paid prior to rebooking.

No-shows
We all forget sometimes.  Yet if you forget or consciously choose to forgo your appointment, this is considered a "no-show".  Repeat no-shows will result in the need to prepay for your appointments, 100% loss of value on prepaid services, and/or non availability for future booking.
