Flint School of Therapeutic Massage 2002 is where I gained my general education.  It has been nearly 25years now, and my journey has led to many places throughout the United States.  Along the way, I dedicated time to learn more about the human body, how it works, how it heals, and how to best incorperate the knowledge to serve clientele during their session(s).

Starting in 2008, I have incorporated knowledge from Personal Training experiences to broaden my practice assisting a variety of athletes, enthusiasts, and those recovering from specific acute injuries. Gaining knowledge of how the body works in motion, has provided an advantage working with them while "at rest".  As our world and community evolves, so must our tools to best help every-body.

How did massage come into my life? By accident. From there,  I took a leap of faith, fell in love, and never looked back. Massage & Bodywork has not only become a transformative tool for helping others, yet an outlet to express kindness words cannot convey. Learning how to provide an environment of respect and care for one's vulnerability while cultivating trust for the process is both a gift and a privilege. So grateful for this journey each and every day.
